Since launching in 2019, the Summit has evolved into the pre-eminent networking and knowledge-building event for key local stakeholders committed to accelerating climate action in mountain, resort and rural communities throughout the US.

The 2025 Summit will be hosted in Breckenridge, CO with the Riverwalk Center and Hotel Alpenrock serving as its main venues.

The Summit is designed for action. The two-day event features inspirational keynotes and insightful conversations with some of the nation’s foremost climate leaders and numerous  peer-led breakout sessions, meetups and social events.

The Summit emphasizes networking and collaboration, accelerating progress on the emissions-reducing solutions being deployed in mountain, resort and rural communities of every size.

Join a collaborative community of climate action and sustainability leaders, taking action to solve the climate crisis.

“More so than most conferences, it was clear that everyone involved is driven by a deep and sincere love of place, of home. And with that love of place — along with all the limitations and restrictions that come with being a small place in a large landscape — comes a certain pragmatism and creativity that are, in our hyper-ideological times, incredibly refreshing.”
